New Year

Being tagged as a high performer, We were visualized as Tiger, who gets to meet a lot of challenge everyday... New days is a challenge, forget the past and move onto the future, may be with an extra accent into the future...

Even though not a Tiger, as a normal human i believe that life is full of surprises...Life must be unexpected, else it may be just a drama,(probably not a melodrama), as Shakespeare said. The zest that keeps the world dynamic is this surprise. Though actors, but a social being is the difference that comes into the picture. Expecting the unexpected brings joy, laughter and tears. Some may be flamboyant, while some introvert, all are the characters of life to play hard to succeed without knowing the end.

I had given a speech on the topic "The end justifies the mean?" while in my 10th Grade. Even after 8 long years, I am still unaware whether the end really justifies the mean. But with firm belief in self which is an in turn the faith in the creator makes me a happy man on this planet. I am least worried about my future, but i dream colors which makes me happy.
Great men has said "Dream Dream Dream.. It’s what you are to conquer”, Yes i too dream... And my dreams keep me running my show...

Gist: Day covers the dark and Night blankets the light to rest... Every day is a challenge... I don’t believe in any particular day to start with a resolution...
I wish Tomorow would be a day where we meet our challenges and stay Happy...God Bless...

Twins - a fairy tale

The last time we dined in 'the Village', I insisted in having a banana Split. Though it may be not the right time for her to have bananas due to its alkaline nature, I somehow convinced her to have a split of the split. Fingers crossed, I prayed that it should be a twin banana.

Molly Aunty always used to say that if jawani girls eat twin bananas very often, they get twin babies. Some how my girl got convinced about this idea and there started my pain of finding twin bananas. I roamed from hawker to hawker and end of the day I used to be lucky for the twin kiss on my cheeks!

During this time, I had to fly to Pittsburgh for the seminar organized on Labor laws by our organization. Never expected soon, still I was in a kind of dilemma to fly. But this time, she convinced me that it would be only in my presence that she would gift me our Twins. She never used to let me go far, even let an overnight stay, ever since she is carrying. With all the trust in my love, I flew to Pittsburg. Before I could finish my disembark procedures I rushed to a booth. With no Rubles in my hand I failed to proceed with a call. But with the great act of a Russian lady, finally I dialed her. To my amazement, my mother picked up and she spoke to me as if she got her life back. With the tremble in her words, I panicked. Suddenly my dad took over the call and told me Mabrook*. A drop of tear, whether a sad or a happy drop, rolled out of my eyes. Innalillah# I whispered under my lips. I put the phone back to the cradle and kissed the Russian who 'blessed' me the coin... She was shocked with my hug, but then smiled with her tiny teeth outside and asked me for which I dint know to answer, but I gestured for which she hug me closer and placed a kiss on my cheek. I still had my hands with three fingers raised towards the sky.

Adieu

I just felt like my seat tilted! Ohh I was asleep in my seat. I looked around and can see a huge Afro American lady sitting in the window seat. The hang of Jack Daniels is left a bit. Struggling to open the eyes wider I came to know that the person next to me was the reason I moved out of my seat. Perhaps he must be following the instructions given by the sweet looking lady clad in velvety Red mini's and suit. I slowly put my hands on search to find my hidden seat belts under me!
The rays of early morning sun was falling on my face. Never imagined it to be that beautiful from 30000 feet high.

I settled down after putting on my seat belts, but not with seats tilted this time, as the pilot announced landing. After a neat 30ml, I slowly slipped back to my dreams... "Jack's the best when you are on-board" was told by friend Dutt, but since I was a teetotaler I had never in mind the alcohol names. I no more can claim that am a teetotaler. A sip of Jack's made me unfit to be it anymore, but the sip of it made me comfortable during my first Journey leaving my parents, friends and my loved one's.

I was at the peak of ecstasy when the US consulate stamped the H1 seal on my passport. Pubs and restaurants welcomed my friends for parties. But I never understood that we had a covalent bond that kept us together. I loved Chemistry the most, not for the formulae but for the chemistry that bonds. Body chemistry, Love, Ego, Fights, Laughter, Infactuations... watever we name it were all because of the complex chemical changes that were happening within ourselves... And I loved covalent bonds for they bonded by sharing and to me "Sharing is Caring and Caring is loving".

I could sight land beneath me and the flight is set to touch the runway of JFK. A new life, a new career and new friends...I closed my eyes slowly, and a drop of tear rolled out through my cheeks and saw its way to the chin. Like a kid, I just licked it and I could taste the saltness, the chemistry of adieu.

Dew Drops

Love or attraction are the two words that paused me at times...Many a times I have been in a deadlock and had tried over the technic I had read some time back. "If it's LOVE, then we cannot forget your loved one, but if it's fascination then we tend to forget our 'better half' in due course of time."

I have been wondering the past few days whether I was in love or not. But uncertainities kept me at bay.I planned to try out the above technique. First day went quite unusual.I counted nothing less than a 5000 times about the memories of her..Day 2-nothing great than the first day. My calendar pages flipped more to the left and piled up. Pages on the right seemed more happy to welcome the Christmas Eve. As days passed and her memoirs still remained, I felt proud of believing in the old saying and finding my love. Yes I found my love.

Perhaps the happiest man on this earth would have been me. It didn't take much time for me to start going around with her as we both shared the common feelings and was just waiting for the right time to get along. My angel, that's what I loved to call her. And when I call her Angel I really meant it, for her beauty and charmness. She was the most beautiful I had ever seen in my life.

The day came when I finally decided to propose her! My heart was pounding hard and I'm definitely sure that even she should have been waiting for the same day. All the traditional surprise parties and flowers were rid out of my mind as I didn't believe in all of them. Probably the hole in my pocket made me frame that perception. With my hard savings since the day I met her, I was able to afford a platinum ring with white diamond in a heart shape embedded on it, truly giving the look of a Ganjam. I planned to surprise her at her own house, quite usual may be, but not with a surprise on my face.

I knocked.. No answer.. again knocked.. I was pretty sure she did not leave her house for I did not receive her 'out of home' missed call. I began to panic and with no other way I called in her cell. It turned out with no answer. I started sweating..Suddenly I started to hear some footsteps inside. I knocked again, harder this time and called her loudly...Suddenly the door opened and there stands my Angel, looking quite puzzled! I sighed heavily seeing her. The fragrance of the Pears made me realize that she was having her showers!I laughed at my own stupidity and she knocked on my head hearing this. She was looking more beautiful while she giggled with her fingers on her lips. I moved closer to her and slowly grabbed her wet hair and I could feel the silkness and it smelt Sunsilk, perhaps black olive. I slowly removed the ring from my pocket and sat on my knees... I could see the sparkles in her eyes... She was perplexed, mouth wide open and palms crossed on her chin. Not wasting a minute and enjoying the beauty in her expressions I slowly raised my hands to propose her...

I could feel the dew drops from her hair falling on my forehard flowing down towards my lips. It tasted Sunsilk... Perhaps the Black olive... No.. Does it taste chlorine...OR... Now the dew drops' force increased and a whole mug of water was poured on to me.. eeeeyyyyyy!!! I popped out of the bed and there stands two Angels, the junior dressed in beautiful pinafore ready to school and the Senior with an empty mug that was emptied on my face, frowning on my face for being late to office!!! A Good Morning kiss on her forehead was enough to make the frown to a beautiful smile. I walked hazily to the bathroom with the memories of the dream and hoping to see the rest inside.

Care!

A handful of mud, more mud over it again and again. First I could feel the cold of the mud, but couldn’t feel it any more. My limps had frozen and the bleeding has almost stopped. I can feel that my ruh* slowly parting away. Its painful.
I always thought if I were a bit fairer and good looking, people would have cared for me!!When I see my friends and brothers getting more care from, i wept under the darkness... Thanks to the creator for the Moon that covers the day light so that I could weep under my eyes closed.
I always wondered what was wrong in me. I am loyal to anyone who cared for me, and had been. But hardly anybody recognized me. The worst to happen is the ignorance. With a heavy heart and love thudding in my heart to everyone around me, I had felt many times winding up my life sooner. Many times I tried jumping around a car or a bus wishing that at least someone would care for me during my last journey, being a living creature on this heavenly earth. But I always cared more for my Creator and expected that someday even I would be considered in someone’s life. I waited for my chance…
It happened finally, I was having my evening walk around a garden and I saw a little pup running off to the road breaking the jinx of her mistress. The ecstasy of freedom may be made her ignore the danger that was speeding at her. Without another thought I jumped on to the road and grabbed her. Without a miss I was hit on my left leg.
After a few hours I could feel the pain of the needle that has been poked on to me. I had my wound plastered. The beautiful mistress was around me and was looking at me with gratitude! Wow… the feeling was inexplicable… At last a look, care and a little of empathy towards me! I almost forgot my pain on my limbs.
The happiness did not last longer. After my return in spite of repeated attempts I never saw the pup or her beautiful mistress. I also failed in an attempt to find their living place! Green leaves turned red and new leaves sprouted. My condition worsened day by day without proper care and attention. Moreover the dirtiness where I am living around worsened the situation. People started noticing me, but not for a good reason but due to the worsening wound on my leg. I was stoned away from streets and had to limp away. One evening when I was confining to myself I heard some footsteps coming closer. THUDDD...THUDD!!! Heavy metal sticks fell on my head and I can slowly feel cold creeping in.
I could just recognize some words that added more pain to me… KILL THAT DOG… It has Rabies!!!
Gist: Care for the street dogs and any living being around you. They are also Gods Creation.!
Dedicated this story to my friend Vikram, a dog lover!!!

Chuntu!

A long and tiresome day in office had never been in my life... Probably after I became a High Performance 'delivery personnel'... As I had mentioned earlier in the Smile ~ section, its the smile and laughter that kept me awake and energetic. Each day in office was to unwind new set of plans for enjoyment which we set as our goals, in-line with the Business Operator, Value Creator and People Developer.
The family's business is to keep all the members of the family happy and energetic, thereby delivering the best within all of us. Each member of our family is unique in his/her own way. Some are quick witted while some are romantic. Quick Wittiness is almost the common qualities that bond us together. One new personality that almost took all of our attention in a short span was 'Chuntu, the little'.
Describing Chuntu if asked to me, Hamster would be my answer. As mall as a hamster and fat as well. But the shrilling sound what the Guinea did not have is blessed with Chuntu. Now my friends may cook up stories of Chuntu being a topic in my evening blog and I have no comments for it. I love Hamsters but I have heard that they are quiet messy. Let’s hope that this Chuntu will not mess along with.
I really need to thank each one of our Family for making me thrive the bad times I had. It was the worst of all what I had faced till present day.  A long day ends here in office and off to home!
Good Night!

Smile ~

I have read somewhere once:
"Wear a smile and have friends; wear a scowl and have wrinkles"...Aaah now i remember, thats from George Eliot...
I had quoted once, that smile is the best you can gift to anyone! A smile gives care and means a lot! When laughter makes you physically fit, smile makes your relation more deeper, but at times into deep S**t as well...
These days i used to keep a low profile towards my work and smile more, trying to make myself comfortable... But it all started when people on the top of the hierarchy noticed just the smiling part!Alas! I was terribly in deep S**T. But a perplexed me couldnt understand what went wrong till i was summoned, indeed summoned  by me, had to explain the phase of my life!
A drop of water as i said is just a tiny drop that means no harm to any one,nor can make a difference! But when many droplets join, it could make an ocean... and i realized that its the tiny droplet's' that  made the ocean... I was 'granted' a chance! Thanks to them!

Gist:This tiny drop taught me a lesson. George- You were great! But a smile cannot change certain things!

Sleepless Nights again scare me!

Last night i dream of being a smuggler who smuggles gold of a considerable amount and finds its hard to hide it. Through out the dream, i am trying pretty hard to keep it off the track and hide it in my own indigenous way. But still when people stare at me, I get a guilt feeling within myself. This is apparent as when your guilty within yourself and is hiding something, everything turns out to be the same thing that your guilty of. Talks/Looks/Actions all turn out to be the same guilt feeling we are hiding. A common feeling in all insane human beings which tends to make an individual let go control of the D portion of his consciousness! OK whats the D section! Well its nothing great. I call it 'D' section as Abey told me... Its just one of the quadrant of the mind that has no control over by me! It acts in a way out of a UNION of subconscious mindset and conscious mindset... If you loose the control over it, its time to get to a pshycologist. Else practice Yoga!

Gist: A dream is mostly the outcome of the discussions that may happen within the Subconscious mind. So whatever you dream must definitely pass through your consciouses mind sometime back. SO think back!! Who you are!!! Good Morning!

A drop of Water Comes Alive tonight!

As said by the great Poet in the Rhyme of Ancient Mariner, water symbolizes life. It dominates this havenly body 'earth' in volume and distinguishes itself to be the odd one out in the Milky Way. Without Water life does not exist. Theories say that the first form of life began from a momolecular formulae. We too are the results of a drop of Sperm that cannot be seen with naked eyes. eeeeeughhh!!! Somebody making faces over there! I can feel it in my palms! But that's the truth.

"A drop of Water" may not relate anything to Water or is not like a Greenpeace to fight for! I just wanted to pick some few things and express them, that may be a simple and evident, like a tiny drop of water-not seen but may feel with many such tiny drops!

As this is my first blog in " A drop of Water", after several repeated attempts of starting and not being courteous to my old blogs, let me Just say 'Hi'. Have a Great Day!
